Ningbo Onerbike Co Ltd,After knowing the people for many years who started up this company, I have decided to start up a business with this company and even introduced new buyers to them.
We have signed agreements on intellectual properties and exclusivity of buyers as I was supposed to be a sales agent for this company as well, as doing directly business with them as well.
After a short time they started to copy my designs, as my customers designs as well against all agreements we had. When I visited them without notice them upfront, I found they are producing copies of my customers designs. This was the first breach they made.
After we had an agreement on another product, which we clearly signed contracts and agreed terms by email as well. We produced another product for another customer, which clearly was agreed that they produce exclusive for us ( Dutch market). We agreed that we will produce a 1000 pieces yearly, if they reached the quality as agreed. However try didn’t reach the quality as agreed at all, even worse it was the worst product we ever received. Frames re-structured because of a production mistake, bad painting etc. The products looked second hand made and had a delay already for 3 months. However we settled this after some disputes.
We started up another new project which I gave them a last change and made clear agreements again on properties of design, agreements on quality and guarantee of the products.
After receiving the first production, at first it looked good and we started up the second production, however during the second production was shipped, we found big quality issues on frames of the first production ( frames cracked and started to break) when we asked for the test reports as agreed, they didn’t had test reports at all.
During the same time we started to get issues on more parts, batteries and drive system ( belt drive).
We found out that the batteries didn’t had the capacity as agreed, the drive system they used and recommended wasn’t good for the use of the bicycle at all what we paid a lot of money for.
We bought the products at a steep price and expected quality, but the least important Guarantee and after sales.
When we asked for guarantee and after sales. they started to pull back and didn’t take any responsibility at all. Claims we received from our customer already went to halve the amount of the purchase price and kept rising as we wanted to keep taking responsibility on our sold products to our customer.
Until today, they have never solved the issues. We made them claims and invoices of the costs we had, they never replied!After calling with them, chatting with them they ignore any of the contact, the claims, the costs we had.
However they do offer the same product which they updated after they learned from our claims to other buyers and leave us with nothing else as claims.
We have tried many ways to solve, but they are just not at home. We had contact with other buyers from this company who experience the same issues and are talking now to take further actions against them. However we are afraid we will only make costs and they will keep ignore us, and even when we start a lawsuit we will still not have our money back, or have claims solved. It will take a very long time on an international lawsuit and not sure if we will get any cent back of the investment we need to make on lawyer costs etc.
In the end….They just go for the money, not for the quality and they steal customers inventions.
We are just a victim of this company their poor performance. And we are not the only and first one.
Please do not order with them, they firstly are nice but start to become arrogant very soon after you place your first order.
They don’t take any of agreements serious, they use it as toilet paper.
Be very, very, very careful with this people, they are not trustful at all. And even if you do business with them, you better live in their factory, because you cannot trust them.
After sales……They are not at home…..
