1. 1/3/2020. My client meets with representatives of the company verifying the existence of the company, the willingness to comply with the requirements, and the quality of the Copper Scrap.
2. 17/04/2020. The IP is received with the express indication that an advance of 30% must be paid, which in this case corresponds to US$15000
3. 18/04/2020. The required payment is made in PI, equivalent to 30% of the total, with the condition, indicated in the PI, that the balance would be paid upon presentation of BL.
4. 23/04/2020. The seller Rebecca, indicates that they will not give me the goods, until the payment of the remaining 70% is made, which left us defenseless to demand the fulfillment of the contract extended by them, which is the IP.
5. Since the date 26/04/2020, Hebei yihuiyang metal material import and export trading Co., Ltd….has refused to comply with the contract and has also refused to make the return, invoking a supposed breach of contract, which is not such, since they have not issued the BL, indicating that they have not delivered the material, all of which sets up a new scam.
