we never received our money back.

First they informed that was not possible and informed to us that the only thing that they could do was to send 20 Ton of the increased price material.

After months of discussion, and seeing that nothing was happening we agreed to receive 20 Tons of material instead of the money, even if we need to pay an extra money before the shipment.

They never produce these 20 Tons.

After all this 4 years they didn’t do anything and we are looking for a lawyer.
